They need to spend some time designing and researching and preparing and trying to foresee and test issues about these highly experimental characteristics and at the worst (but very quite possible) case it will lead to the response that no it's not possible (or not possible more inclined as they would want to do something such as rewrite the runescape game from the ground up and freeze all new features for years). Given that the tick shift is a huge project at the reach of the full game, has the idea appear to alter it for regions of the runescape game in isolation which would profit from it the most, such as battle? I'm convinced that's also quite an effort to execute, but it would enable slow rollout and an easier time analyzing server stress. Each part of
